JBT Corporation (NYSE: JBT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its fourth quarter 2010 cash dividend of $0.07 per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 19, 2010.
