Wright MedicalGroup N.V. (NASDAQ: WMGI) (the "Company") today announced that TMG HoldingsCoöperatief U.A., an affiliate of Warburg Pincus LLC (the "SellingShareholder"), intends to offer for sale 4,500,000 of its ordinary sharespursuant to the Company's shelf registration statement filed with theSecurities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
