(NASDAQ: AMGN) dipped lower by nearly one percent after the Food and Drug Administration announced it has accepted for review Amgen's New Drug Application (NDA) for etecalcetide for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with chronic kidney disease on hemodialysis.CDK Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: CDK), a digital marketing and advertising solutions provider to the automotive retail industry, announced a $0.015 increase in its quarterly cash dividend to an annual rate of $0.54 per share. Shares dipped lower by 0.53 percent in the after hours session, adding to the 0.74 percent loss the issue saw during the regular trading session.Reuters reported that COMSCORE, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCOR) and Adobe Systems Incorporated (NASDAQ: ADBE) entered into an agreement to sell or license assets, rights, and properties in connection with Analytix Business unit for a reported $45 million. Comscore investors sold the stock in the after hours session as shares were trading lower by 2.96 percent at $45.19, nearly erasing the 3.05 percent gain the stock saw during the regular trading session.
