Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) announced the dissmisal with prejudice of an appeal filed in May 2014 with the Israeli Supreme Court, challenging the dismissal with prejudice by the District Court of a purported class action against the Company reported on November 2011. The purported class action alleged that the Company raised tariffs for business customers unlawfully and in violation of its agreements with them.Had the lawsuit been certified as a class action, the total amount claimed from the Company was estimated by the plaintiffs to be at least hundreds of millions of NIS.
