Nidec Corporation (NYSE: NJ) announced that Nidec Sankyo Corporation, the Company's subsidiary, has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares of PT. NAGATA OPTO INDONESIA, a manufacturer of glass lenses for automotive cameras, from its founding family (the "Transaction"). For this purpose, Nidec Sankyo entered into a share purchase and transfer agreement with the founding family of NAGATA INDONESIA. 1.
