SunEdison Commences IPO of TerraForm Global

SunEdison, Inc. (NYSE: SUNE) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, TerraForm Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLBL), intends to commence an initial public offering of its Class A common stock on July 20, 2015.  Application has been made for listing of the Class A common stock of TerraForm Global on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "GLBL."J.P.
