LEHI, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Utah-based iTOK.net, a technology service provider for home and small businesses, is launching a new premium membership plan to help consumers tune up computers, back up files and set up home networks. In addition to its Utah office, iTOK.net has offices in Australia.

“iTOK.net's new tech offering is unique in the industry because it provides a quarterly computer tune-up together with unlimited tech support, security and backup. Simply stated, this computer service will help fix current problems and prevent future ones,” said iTOK.net Chief Executive Officer Seth Bailey.

Kurt Scherf, vice president and principal analyst at Parks Associates, says iTOK.net's managed service is in line with existing consumer needs.

“Parks Associates recently conducted a survey that found consumers want help tuning up computers, backing up files and setting up home networks,” said Scherf. “We have identified connected home applications and premium technical support as among the most important offerings in accomplishing these business-critical goals. iTOK.net's new premium membership plan helps home and small business consumers with those needs.”

Bailey added, “iTOK.net is the only provider in the market to offer proactive maintenance through computer tune-ups every three months. With our premium membership package customers have the tools and unlimited support they need to ensure their technology works now and down the road.”

Cost for iTOK.net's premium membership plan begins at $34.95 a month and provides customers unlimited support.

Bailey was recently invited to be the keynote speaker of the Connected World Summit in London, where he addressed the need for technical support in the home and small business world.

Bailey stated, “Based on the initial success of the new membership plan, we have found that consumers really want and need all the tools, unlimited support and ongoing, proactive maintenance we offer.”
