Bank of Marin Bancorp (NASDAQ: BMRC) has announced that its Board of Directors have declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share. The cash dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 3, 2010 and will be payable on November 12, 2010. The Bank has paid a dividend for the past 22 quarters.
