ALPENA, Mich., April 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- First Federal of Northern Michigan Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ Capital: FFNM) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about May 15, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 30, 2015.
