Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share. The dividend will be payable December 23, 2010, to stockholders of record as of December 9, 2010. Additionally, the Board of Directors set a dividend payout target of 30% of 2010 net earnings for 2011 common stock dividends. Additional uses of cash flow are expected to include stock repurchase, acquisitions and debt repayment.
