McColl's Retail Group PLC reported a strong rise in its pretax profit for the full year. McColl's posted a pretax profit of 12.6 million pounds ($19.45 million), versus a year-ago profit of GBP4.4 million.Its revenue rose to GBP922.4 million from GBP869.4 million. McColl's recorded an exceptional finance expense of GBP5.6 million in FY13.profitThe company's board also proposed a final dividend of 6.8 pence a share.
