Air Products Announces North American Price Increase for Liquid Argon, Oxygen, Nitrogen and Monthly Service Charges

Effective March 15, 2015, oras contracts permit, Air Products (NYSE: APD) will increase product pricingand monthly service charges for merchant industrial gas customers in NorthAmerica. The pricing adjustments include increases of:- Up to 20% for liquid argon- Up to 12% for liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen- Up to 10% on monthly service chargesSome price adjustments may be outside of these ranges based on other specificsituations. The price adjustments are in response to increased costs to reliably supplyAir Products' customers' growing demand for industrial gases. In addition tohigher operating costs for both production and delivery of industrial gasproducts, Air Products has also experienced increased costs for bulk tanks dueto higher metal prices.
