NII Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: NIHD) and Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. (NYSE: TV) today announced that they have mutually agreed to terminate the previously announced Investment and Securities Subscription Agreement dated as of February 15, 2010, pursuant to which Grupo Televisa would have acquired an equity stake in Nextel Mexico.
