Tangoe Launches Enterprise Business Solutions Group

Tangoe, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNGO), a leading global provider of Connection Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and related services, today announced it has developed a new group called Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS). The EBS group will focus on client satisfaction and retention, while expanding the Matrix Solution Suite's value proposition of lifecycle management for all enterprise clients' IT connections and expense categories. The Matrix Solution Suite is an on-demand suite of software and services designed to turn on, track, manage, secure, and support various connections including mobile, fixed, machine-to-machine, cloud software and services, enterprise social, and IT connections.

The EBS group is led by Senior Vice President Jim Carroll, a twenty-four year veteran of AT&T where he managed Signature Accounts, a group which managed relationships with AT&T's largest global customers. In his role with Tangoe, Jim will further build and strengthen Tangoe's relationships with its customers, while providing innovative solutions to address the IT challenges facing their organizations. When leveraging Tangoe's entire Matrix solution, C-level executives have the visibility and data needed to assess the performance, expense, and productivity of IT operations.
