NEW YORK, Feb. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) today reported preliminary assets under management of $55.5 billion as of January 31, 2015, an increase of $2.4 billion from December 31, 2014. The increase was primarily due to market appreciation and net inflows.
