Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG) (the “Company”) announced today that the Board of Trustees declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.26 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 to shareholders of record as of January 6, 2015. This distribution will be paid on or about January 13, 2015.
