Journal Broadcast Group today announced it has reached a new retransmission consent agreement for carriage of Journal stations by DISH Network in all of Journal's markets: Milwaukee (WTMJ); Nashville, Tenn. (WTVF); Las Vegas (KTNV); Green Bay/Appleton (WGBA/WACY), Wis.; Omaha, Neb. (KMTV); Lansing, Mich. (WSYM); Fort Myers, Fla. (WFTX); Boise, Id. (KIVI/KNIN); Twin Falls, Id. (KSAW); and Tucson, Ariz. (KGUN/KWBA).
“We are very pleased to have completed a new multi-year agreement with DISH so that their subscribers will continue to receive our stations' quality network and local programming in all of our markets,” said Andre Fernandez, President and Chief Operating Officer of Journal Communications. “We're also pleased that this agreement gives us the opportunity to continue to partner with DISH to serve our communities with valuable programming and initiatives.”
