DCT Industrial Trust® (NYSE: DCT), a leading industrial real estate company, today announced the disposition of a 3.5 million square foot portfolio in Columbus, OH for $112.1 million to Exeter Property Group. The sale of this portfolio marks the Company's exit from the market.
The disposition of these assets is a significant milestone in repositioning DCT Industrial's portfolio in major U.S. distribution markets and reducing the numbers of markets in which it operates.
