(NASDAQ: TWTR) just introduced Twitter Audio Card, a new initiative to listen to audio and music. Tweeters can tap on an embedded audio right from a tweet and play the audio while still continuing to navigate Twitter. The company is partnering up initially with SoundCloud, a streaming content company. The company will also be looking to add additional audio content providers.Shares of Twitter closed at $48.23, down 3.52 percent prior to the news.
