Allergan, Inc. (NYSE: AGN) jumped 1.68 percent on the news that it is considering strategic alternatives to defend itself from a hostile takeover. She added that she doesn't know who is going to end up as a buyer, but something will work out.General Motors Company (NYSE: GM) dropped 5.87 percent on a downgrade by Morgan Stanley. Tim Seymour said that the stock closed below the IPO price of $32 and it is very interesting at this price level. Guy Adami thinks that United Parcel Service, Inc. (NYSE: UPS) is going to trade to $94 and it is imperative that it holds that price level. He believes that $94 is going to be a support and he advised the viewers to buy the stock when it reaches that price. United Parcel Service, Inc. dropped 2.16 percent and it closed at $96.43 on Tuesday.
