Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC ("KSF") are investigating the proposed sale of CareFusion ("CareFusion" or the "Company") (NYSE: CFN) to Becton, Dickinson and Company (NYSE: BDX).
