OTTAWA, CANADA--(Marketwired - Oct. 6, 2014) - Top intellectual property licensing company, WiLAN (TSX:WIN) (NASDAQ: WILN), today announced that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company has granted Nautilus Hyosung America Inc. ("Nautilus Hyosung") a license to certain patents related to networking capabilities of non-standard devices. WiLAN secured the rights to license the patents through a licensing partnership agreement executed in April 2014.

The consideration to be paid by Nautilus Hyosung to WiLAN and all other terms of the license agreement are confidential.
