(NYSE: COF) said it received subpoenas from the New York District Attorney's office in a money laundering investigation.The McLean, Va.,-based banking and financial services company made the disclosure in its second-quarter filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission and said it's cooperating with the investigation.The subpoena and request for testimony concerns "certain check casher clients" of the company's commercial banking business as well as details of the bank's program for preventing money laundering, the company said.Capital One shares were trading recently after hours at $77.45 down 1.70 percent.
