UPDATE: Trulia Reports 54M+ Unique Visitors Using Site in Jun

Trulia (NYSE: TRLA), a leading online marketplace for home buyers, sellers, renters, and real estate professionals, announced today that June was a record month for traffic and that the company continues to experience an acceleration of traffic growth. The consumer side of Trulia's marketplace reached a record number of unique visitors in June with more than 54 million unique visitors. “Trulia's marketing campaign continues to deliver strong results in attracting more transaction-ready consumers to our platform,” said Pete Flint, CEO and Co-founder of Trulia. “The marketing campaign, combined with our leading consumer products, are contributing to the acceleration of our audience growth amidst the busiest part of the home buying and selling season.” Trulia recorded more than 54 million monthly unique visitors in June 2014, up 55% from June 2013. This was an acceleration from 42% growth in Q1 2014 compared to Q1 2013, and the 47% annual growth rate in May 2014 compared to May 2013. Breaking this down further, Trulia's standalone audience in June 2014 grew by 37% compared to June 2013, prior to the acquisition of Market Leader. This was an acceleration from the 18% growth rate for Trulia standalone in Q1 2014 compared to Q1 2013, and from the 29% annual growth rate in May 2014 compared to May 2013.
