MOSINEE, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Wausau Paper's (NYSE: WPP) Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share on the Company's common stock.

The dividend is payable August 15, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 1, 2014.
