- Meet in December, date in January: the holidays can be a great time to meet new people, but with everyone's packed holiday calendars it can be a bit stressful trying to pursue a new romance in December. And introducing your new found companion to family members on the 2nd date is rarely a good idea! January, on the other hand, is a month desperately in need of good social options... arrange to meet your love interest for a romantic dinner early in the New Year when the holiday smoke has cleared.
- Break out of your comfort zone: avoid the temptation to spend the entire holidays connecting with people that you already know... make an effort to meet someone new and each and every event you attend. Every time you meet someone new you increase the chances of a love connection, either directly or via someone they might know!
