The Board of Directors of Independent Bank Corp. (NASDAQ: INDB), parent of Rockland Trust Company, today announced a $0.24 per share dividend which will be payable on April 11, 2014, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2014. This dividend represents a $0.02, or 9.1% increase from the 2013 fourth quarter dividend.
