SEATTLE, March 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tableau Software, Inc. (NYSE: DATA) announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed public offering of shares of its Class A common stock having an aggregate offering price of $300 million. In addition, Tableau Software expects to grant the underwriters an option to purchase additional shares having an aggregate offering price of up to $45 million. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Tableau Software.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, UBS Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as book-running managers. JMP Securities LLC and Pacific Crest Securities LLC are acting as co-managers.
