David Faber of CNBC tweeting late Wednesday evening:

Comcast to buy Time Warner Cable in all stock deal worth $159 per $TWC share- sources. Deal set for tomorrow morning. Ratio is 2.875 $CMCSA.

In a follow-up tweet minutes later, Faber assures the potential deal would be scrutinized by the FCC. Comcast would be willing to divest three million subscribers in such a deal did go through, according to Faber's source.
