Exxon Mobil (NYSE: XOM) reported a drop in its fourth-quarter profit. Exxon Mobil's quarterly profit declined to $8.35 billion, or $1.91 per share, from a year-ago profit of $9.95 billion, or $2.20 per share. Its total revenue fell to $110.9 billion versus $114.7 billion. However, analysts were estimating earnings of $1.92 per share on revenue of $114.51 billion. Exxon Mobil's oil-equivalent production dropped 1.8% y/y.Exxon Mobil shares fell 1.16% to $94.54 in pre-market trading.
