The Association of Clinical Research Organizations (ACRO) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has elected Ciaran Murray, CEO of ICON plc (NASDAQ: ICLR), as 2014 Chairman and Jamie Macdonald, CEO of INC Research as Vice Chairman.

ACRO also elected as officers: Diarmaid Cunningham, General Counsel of ICON, as Secretary; and Christopher Gaenzle, General Counsel of INC Research, as Treasurer.
