Despite broad market rally over the last few days, Exxon Mobil (NYSE: XOM) shares have not responded. For the seventh day in a row, the issue has stalled between 87.50 and 87.86 with its 87.78 high in Tuesday's trading. On the downside, the trio of lows from October 14-16 between 86.51 and 86.72 have been the primary support.
