Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC) released their second quarter earnings Thursday morning for the three month period ended June 30th. EPS came in at $1.09, beating the analyst consensus by 0.93 percent. Conversely, revenue missed estimates by 12 million at 3.65 billion.

This is a 2.4 percent increase in net income and 2.5 percent jump in revenue year over year. Omnicom noted that domestic growth slightly outpaced international growth.

During the quarter, Omnicom Group declared a dividend of $0.40, up from the $0.30 dividend in the same period last year. The dividend was paid last Thursday.

Shares are unmoved in the premarket and look to open near $66.77.
