The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR), a leading Hispanic advocacy group, has released findings from its 2012 Corporate Inclusion Index (CII) survey, a comprehensive measurement of Hispanic inclusion at Fortune 100 companies and HACR corporate member companies by focusing on HACR's four pillars of corporate social responsibility and market reciprocity: Employment, Procurement, Philanthropy, and Governance. Marriott International was recognized for its workforce and recruitment, supplier diversity and board membership.

'We have a long-standing reputation for our commitment to diversity and inclusion. At Marriott we want everyone to feel respected and valued from our associates to our guests, owners, suppliers and franchisees,' said David Rodriguez, chief human resources officer and chief diversity executive. 'The differences our associates bring to Marriott contribute to the greatness of our organization and enable us to be more innovative in our approach and more responsive to those we serve.'
