WarrantCheck.com is reaching out to their customers to find out what kind of advice they would like to see on their new blog, company officials said yesterday.

“The purpose of our blog is to give people reasonable and accurate advice about warrants, arrest records and other legal documents,” a company representative said. “But, at this point we don't know exactly what topics people are most interested in. We want to find out so we can help them.”

The company said that they were sending out online surveys to existing customers to solicit their feedback. They will also be doing phone surveys of random customers to find out what their questions and concerns are.

“There are many different legal issues in regards to these types of documents,” the representative said. “We want to talk about the most important ones first. We believe that by reaching out to our customers and making an effort to make their concerns a priority, we are showing how much we care about customer service.”

The blog is updated approximately twice a week and is located at WarrantCheckBlog.com.

“We really want this to be a one-stop resource for people who want to educate themselves about public records,” the representative said. “We will take all suggestions from our customers seriously. We honestly just want to have the best blog we can. We see this as a public service.”
