Effective prior to the opening of business on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, Trustmark Corporation (NASDAQ: TRMK), a member of the KBW Regional Banking Index (KRXSM), will undergo an increase in shares due to the completion of its previously announced acquisition of BancTrust Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BTFG).
