The Board of Directors of Primerica (NYSE: PRI), the largest independent financial services marketing company in North America, today approved payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share for the fourth quarter of 2012. The dividend will be payable on March 8, 2013, to stockholders of record as of February 22, 2013.
