SGS SA (OTC: SGSOY) reported a 4.1% rise in its 2012 net profit.SGS' revenue in 2012 climbed 16.3% to CHF5.58 billion, versus CHF4.87 in 2011. Its net profit climbed to CHF556 million from CHF534 million. SGS proposed a dividend of CHF58, versus CHF65 million, in the year-ago period.SGS shares closed at $22.58 yesterday.
