Auxilium Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: AUXL) today announced that it has exercised its exclusive option under the Second Amended and Restated Development and License Agreement ("CCH License Agreement"), dated as of August 31, 2011, with BioSpecifics Technologies Corp., Inc.
