According to the report 18 year old, mum of a 2 year old, Zoey Tomlinson from Manchester laid a Honeytrap for a 20 year old man who was stalking her by sending her unwanted text messages. She tempted the man to her home and lured him in with a promise of ‘joining her in the bath' but as the man entered the home 3 of her mail friends beat him up. The attack included punching, kicking and scolding the victim with hot water. While the 2 year old baby slept upstairs.
Tomlinson avoided jail when she admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm and received a nine-month suspended custodial sentence however her three accomplices were traced and admitted to ABH. Judge Michael Leeming herd the case T20120696 on 10th December 2012 and sentenced Kane Barker, 22 sent to a young offenders' institution for 16 months. Christopher Wilson, 20 sent to a young offenders' institution for 12 months and Joshua Hatton, 19, who did not attack the victim but leant his support, was sent to a young offenders' institution for 10 months.
