PST Capital Group LTD. announced today that ithas submitted a letter to the board of directors of RockyMountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: RMCF)proposing to acquire all of the Company's outstanding common andpreferred stock, and outstanding options to acquire such shares,in a recommended cash tender offer at a price per share ofUS$13.50 (the "Proposed Offer").
