Cytokinetics, Incorporated(NASDAQ: CYTK), announced today that NASDAQ has approved the Company's requestto voluntarily transfer the listing of its shares of common stock from TheNASDAQ Global Market to The NASDAQ Capital Market. The transfer will beeffective at the opening of business on December 20, 2012 and the Company'scommon stock will continue to trade under the symbol "CYTK".
