Team Health Holdings (NYSE: TMH) announced the continued growth in its Alabama operations through anacquisition of the practice of Mobile Emergency Group, PC (MEG), the physiciangroup that currently provides services to the emergency departments of MobileInfirmary Medical Center in Mobile, Ala., and North Baldwin Infirmary in BayMinette, Ala. Both hospitals are part of Mobile-based Infirmary Health System(IHS). On December 15, TeamHealth commenced staffing and administrativeservices for these emergency departments that care for approximately 57,000patients annually.
