The Board ofDirectors of Astro-Med, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOT) on December 17, 2012declared a special cash dividend of $0.07 per share, payable onDecember 31, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 27, 2012. This dividend is in addition to the Company's regular quarterly $0.07dividend declared on November 19th and payable on December 27, 2012.
