The special dividend will be paid on January 15, 2013 tostockholders of record on December 27, 2012.In addition, the Company also announced today that the record date of itspreviously announced quarterly dividend of $0.35 per common share for thefourth quarter of 2012 has been changed to December 27, 2012. However, therecord date of December 31, 2012 remains unchanged for the fourth quarterdividend payable on January 15, 2013 for the Company's 8.50% Series ACumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock with liquidation preference of $25 pershare.
