The Marcus Corporation (NYSE: MCS) today announced that its Board of Directorshas declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per common share and hasaccelerated the next two regular quarterly cash dividend payments totaling$0.17 per common share. The dividends are payable on December 28, 2012 toshareholders of record on December 17, 2012.
