Jacobs Engineering Wins Contracts from NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, VIRU Keemia Grupp

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced today it received acontract from Viru Keemia Grupp AS (VKG) to provide a license package andservices for a sulfur recovery unit (SRU). The SRU is part of VKG's investmentto upgrade its shale oil refinery complex in Kothla-Jarve, Estonia.Officials did not disclose the contract value, however noted the services arebeing provided from Jacobs' Leiden office in The Netherlands.Under the terms of the contract, Jacobs is licensing its proprietaryEUROCLAUS^® technology to VKG; and is also providing the basic design package,training, start up and commissioning assistance services for the new SRU.The company also announced today that it has beenselected to provide commissioning design and engineering services on NavalFacilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) projects.The Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract has a maximum ceiling of$30 million over three years.
