Shareholder meeting scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Australia Eastern Standard Time on November 14, 2012 has been adjourned and rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. Australia Eastern Standard Time on November 15, 2012

MELBOURNE, Australia, Nov. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Australia Acquisition Corp. ("AAC" or the "Company") (OTCQB: AACPF; AACOW; AACOU) announced today that its shareholder meeting originally scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Australia Eastern Standard Time on November 14, 2012 has been adjourned and rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. Australia Eastern Standard Time on November 15, 2012.
