BreitBurn Energy Partners L.P. (NASDAQ: BBEP) announced today a cashdistribution of $0.465 per unit for the third quarter 2012, or $1.86 per uniton an annualized basis, for all of its outstanding units. This distributionrepresents an increase from the second quarter 2012 distribution, which was$0.460 per unit, or $1.84 per unit on an annualized basis. The distributionwill be payable on November 14, 2012 to the record holders of common units atthe close of business on November 9, 2012.
