Telephonics Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Griffon Corporation(NYSE: GFF), announced today that it has been awarded a $60 million multi-yearcontract from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Command (AFLCMC), HanscomAir Force Base, Massachusetts. Under this contract, Telephonics will supplythe AN/UPX-40 Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Interrogator for integrationon to the USAF E-3 Sentry Airborne Warning and Control (AWACS) aircraftincluding installation kits, installation, and sustainment support.
